A typical day of a Middle School Teacher

Undoubtedly, a teacher's job was thought to be the most respectful and least time consuming. People thought that teachers were the ones who enjoy life the most. With the passage of time, the idea has changed completely. Specially after the so called corporate policy is given control to over power teaching, lives for the teachers have become unimaginably difficult. Teaching is (or was ) one of the noblest professions by which one can earn and serve the nation. This idea of serve has totally been changed to service provider now which brings disaster for the professionals. This idea has spread among the people so immensely that people i.e. the parents as well as the kids are thinking themselves to be able to take control of the standard of education. Kids now a days (obviously there are some differences) don't want to study at all but expect good results. School authority is also adamant to show tremendous positive improvement in them at least in terms of education to the parents. Teachers can not force the students to study (let alone beat the hell out of them). On top of that, in some schools, a survey is done by the authority and students are asked to write about their experience with the teachers. Now, a good teacher will definitely want to make sure that all students under his/her responsibility do well in the exams. So at times s/he becomes firm on some infamously notorious students. Do you think during the survey, those students will give their honest opinion regarding that seemingly firm teacher? If the increment or even job depends on the survey, how do you think the quality of teaching will be and the students expectation will become from the teachers? So, a typical day of a Middle School teacher is not same as people thought or even your grammar books' paragraph section still think to be. It has changed unimaginably fast and will continue to change even faster when there will be no learned man to teach others and ignorance will prevail among the then teachers and then students.
