Witch threatens Aisha (Ghost 10)

It was a dark and stormy night, the kind of night that made even the bravest of souls shiver with fear. In the heart of the city, a lone figure stood on a rooftop, looking out at the rain-soaked streets below.

The figure was a young woman named Aisha. She had come to this rooftop to escape her troubles for a while, to clear her head and think about what she should do next. She was unaware of the dangers that lurked in the shadows.

As she stood there, looking out into the night, she noticed a large mango tree swaying in the wind. Its branches seemed to reach out towards her, as if beckoning her closer. Aisha was fascinated by the tree and decided to climb down to take a closer look.

As she climbed down the side of the building, she noticed a dark figure lurking in the shadows. It was a witch, dressed in a tattered cloak and holding a staff made of twisted wood. Aisha knew she had to be careful, for witches were known to be dangerous.

The witch approached her, her eyes glowing in the darkness. "What are you doing here?" she asked in a cackling voice.

"I was just admiring the mango tree," Aisha replied, trying to sound casual.

"The mango tree, eh?" the witch said, her eyes narrowing. "That tree belongs to me. You should leave now before I curse you."

Aisha knew she had to think fast. She couldn't let the witch stop her from exploring the tree. "I'm sorry, I didn't know it was yours," she said. "But surely you wouldn't mind if I just took a quick look?"

The witch hesitated for a moment, then nodded. "Very well. But be quick about it."

Aisha climbed up into the branches of the tree, feeling the rough bark beneath her hands. She could hear the witch muttering incantations under her breath, but she tried to ignore her. She was too fascinated by the tree to be afraid.

As she climbed higher, she noticed a passer-by walking on the street below. He looked up at her and waved, but she couldn't see his face in the darkness. She waved back, then continued climbing.

Finally, she reached the top of the tree and looked out over the city. It was beautiful, even in the rain. But then she noticed something strange. In the distance, she could see a pond surrounded by trees. And in the middle of the pond, there was a small island with a strange building on it. It looked like a castle, but she had never seen anything like it before.

She climbed down from the tree and approached the witch. "Excuse me, do you know anything about that building over there?" she asked, pointing towards the pond.

The witch looked at her suspiciously. "Why do you ask?"

"It just looks so strange. I've never seen anything like it before."

The witch hesitated for a moment, then nodded. "That is the castle of the land lord," she said. "He is a very powerful man, and he does not like visitors."

Aisha was intrigued. She had never heard of a land lord before. "What does he do?" she asked.

The witch shrugged. "No one knows for sure. But they say he has many secrets."

Aisha knew she had to investigate further. She thanked the witch and set off towards the pond. As she walked, she could feel the witch's eyes on her, watching her every move.

When she reached the pond, she saw that it was surrounded by a high fence. But she could still see the castle in the distance. It was, even more, imposing up close, with its high walls and towers.
