I went to my grandma's house last month after 18 years. I have found everything has changed almost except for a few things. The kids who played with me then, have their own kids now, my cousins who have been pretty young then are engaged in rearing children, even I have two daughters. Everything, everything has changed except some beliefs...... ghosts 👻. I still remember the day when I was 18 years younger, sleeping on my grandma's caught, woke up in the morning with a loud noiseof people. I was kinda surprised cos usually my grandma's house is normally very serene. When enquired, I came to know that on of our neighbors had been possessed by ghosts. She was thrown in the nearby pond, with lots of mud in her mouth. Then a man was called who could talk to the spirits and could negotiate the way of salvation and it was decided that some kilograms of sweets and a posh jewelry would be needed for her to get rescued. Finally after the whole day's chaos, she got back to norma...

I am a man and it seems that I have got the realization how a woman feels after her delivery!!! It was the report submission day but I had a lot of collection pending. I asked all my clients to make sure to send me all the details of their update. They were really proactive almost at the eleventh hour. The person who almost never had any query, had started asking about things which I had already sent as closing reports. I got really shocked. "How to arrange all these pending reports within one day?" My mother and wife came to me as savior. They were pregnant and one continued carrying me and the other carried my daughters in their wombs respectively and I hadn't heard any objections from anyone around regarding me in my mother's womb and my daughters in my wife's womb. They had become my inspiration then. I had started sorting all the reports along with the possible solutions and at one point found my supervisor out of office all on a sudden. Undoubtedly, a teacher's job was thought to be the most respectful and least time consuming. People thought that teachers were the ones who enjoy life the most. With the passage of time, the idea has changed completely. Specially after the so called corporate policy is given control to over power teaching, lives for the teachers have become unimaginably difficult. Teaching is (or was ) one of the noblest professions by which one can earn and serve the nation. This idea of serve has totally been changed to service provider now which brings disaster for the professionals. This idea has spread among the people so immensely that people i.e. the parents as well as the kids are thinking themselves to be able to take control of the standard of education. Kids now a days (obviously there are some differences) don't want to study at all but expect good results. School authority is also adamant to show tremendous positive improvement in them at least in terms of education to the parents....

It probably takes 100 or 1000 days to see someone's own published things in the newspaper. Some people even die before seeing their publication in printed form. Rabindranath Tagore, no doubt, a great poet, also had to wait certain time before seeing his publication. At present, the writers are extremely lucky to have blogger.com to let them see their writing immediately after they even just finish writing and press the button "Publish". This is undoubtedly an opportunity never to miss. People around the world can read, give comments, areas to improvement, likes and dislikes and what not. Time and tide wait for none. Is it always true? Sometimes we see that life takes different shapes and shades. Yes, they are really different..... really really different. But how does it relate to the waiting for someone. The other day someone asked me how to tame time. I got surprised.... Can we take time? Then I thought and rethink. Don't the world's leaders tame time? Don't they think we'll ahead of time? So, they make time waiting for them... Time is not as smart as them to catch their firm speedy movement. They reach far beyond the limit and take rest while time reach to them. That's why the are leaders. That's why they are born to be leaders. That's why a leader can change the country....the world to a better place.
